What data we collect and why
Project requests and contact
When you send the form on Start a project or write to us by email, we process the data you give us: name, email, phone (optional), company, a contact handle, and the details of your project (description, task, stage, budget and timeline). We use it only to answer you, prepare a proposal and, if you agree, carry out the project.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Analytics
Only if you accept cookies, we use analytics tools to understand how the site is used (pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device type, approximate location). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
Security
Our forms use a spam protection service to block bots. It processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run this website, under contracts that require them to protect it: website hosting and email, storage of project requests, spam protection for our forms and, only if you accept cookies, website analytics.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Project requests and emails are kept while we are in contact with you and for as long as needed to handle your request. If a project goes ahead, project data is kept for the time required by tax and commercial law. Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@currentsky.es.
If you think your data is not handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
